1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website https://bravo-tax.com, and/or opting into our SMS (text) messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms
Our SMS messaging program is designed to provide you with information regarding our services. By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting into our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive transactional and/or marketing text messages from FRV Enterprises, Inc. DBA BRAVO TAX & FINANCIAL SERVICES.

• Opt-In: You can opt-in by providing your mobile number through a form on our website. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided.
• Consent Not Required: Please be aware that your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition for purchasing any goods or services.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel your participation in the SMS program at any time. To opt-out, text STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, you must re-subscribe through the original opt-in process.

• Carrier Liability: We and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Age Requirement
Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using our website and SMS program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use our services.
